　　Chen Zhiying, male, Han nationality, born in April 1961, was born in Xintian, Hunan Province. He joined the work in September 1977 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in September 1984. He holds a postgraduate degree (majoring in business management) and holds a doctorate in management.

　　After September, 1977, she was educated in Huaimu Educated Youth Field of Coarse Shijiang Commune, Jiangyong County, Hunan Province.
